Good article... seeing that we actually get through DET because i refuse to count my chickens yet...
But this is a hard series, MTL is very well suited for BOS and it will be epic and likely go 7 as it should.
Fans deserve to get treated to 7 games in what would be an epic battle.... In this series guys like Gallagher & Subban are what ends up being key as his style of play seems to get the Bruins off game play 1 and on to game plan 2 (which is HULK SMASH) and it never ends well when they get that way with the Habs.
Don't get me wrong, I despise the Habs LOL, but at the same time can compliment their change in style in recent years to get to this point where they are no longer a team to take lightly in any sense! |

I don't agree.
If they were playing the wings, they wouldn't have to change anything, and they have plenty of reason to be confident in the style they just executed against Tampa.
But I do agree that they can beat the Bruins. It's a monumental challenge, but one this team could take on successfully. |

yep... I didn't get into the intangibles. I'll save it for another blog over the coming days, but Prust, Gallagher, Subban, Emelin, Weise, even Markov--these guys can really get under Boston's skin. They'll have to.
